Progress Report
We still haven't got the chance to go back to the machine lab to screw the beams together yet but we plan on going tomorrow. We further discussed our designs for the pet feeder and made some minor adjustments. One of our main things we discussed was how we were going to do the gate that will prevent the food from flowing down the PVC pipe. We stayed with our NXT motor idea where we would have a piece of wood going up and down that would either open or close a gap that will allow food to dispense.
This is a drawing of some more measurements we recorded. We included the measurement of our wooden beams and wood pieces in this one.
