Week 5 Post 1

In Lab Post

     In class, we wanted to measure the items we wanted to connect. This includes the water tank and the base for the pet feeder. In class we were only able to measure the water tank since the wooden structure we had previous wood glued together had fallen apart and we are waiting for an opportunity to go back to the machine lab and work on piecing it together again. 

     The picture above shows the dimensions for the water tank, which is 12 inches in height and 8.5 inches in width. The hole shaped as a semicircle that will allow the pet food to be poured in on top of the water tank is 6 inches in diameter and has 3 inches as the length of its radius.
